Placed an order on the 14th and was patient. I reached out towards the end of the month to get an idea on when I could expect delivery since it had been a few weeks and was told it would be shipped the following Friday. I then waited until the Wednesday of the following week to see what was going on because it hadn’t been delivered and didn’t get a response. I called, texted and emailed to no avail and ended up processing a refund through PayPal a month after I had placed my order.

First of all Joshua has been doing embroidery on my hats for the last 2 years and I must say I'm never disappointed. His service is outstanding and his communication with me has made me a frequent customer. I would recommend you Joshua and his company for any type of embroidery.

Complete Waste of Time. Paid order in Full on Nov 16th, it is now Dec 10th and haven't received a turnaround time at the least. Have messaged through IG and direct phone left messages and no response. I placed an order earlier in the year and had items missing that he then said would get done and contact me. I gave him a second try and it's been a waste of time. If you can't handle the work load be up front about it and don't waste peoples time or money.
I just sent you a request for refund, I hope to see if you can at least get that done!
