From the moment you stop and the customer service is very lacking at this location I’ve gone to multiple blenders this morning the customer service is always lacking. They never get the measurements correct for the small I’ll ask them to blend in extra vitamins or supplements and they never communicate with the other team members that I have an addition blend in and then they also waste the product by not making any proper measurements. If you just wanna go for your tropical smoothie go ahead you probably won’t be disappointed, except for the customer service. This review was left based out of multiple experiences. Time and time again this location has let me down the one in downtown Ventura superior.

Amazing juice. Have never had anyone put so much ginger, usually have to ask for extra but not here. Did someone get their order before mine? Not sure, and who cares? I can wait a few extra minutes for an amazing cup of fresh juice. Girls there work hard, juice was delicious.
