Called to order a pizza at 8:30pm. I began with my order for two large pizzas. Before I was done, I started to hear reluctancy in the man’s voice and then a quick interjection: He said he would only have time to make one pizza, not two….“we close at 9”. Feeling awkward, I said, “ahh, I’ll go elsewhere”. He thanked me and abruptly hung up the phone.
Why tf are you turning away business before the business is closed? As far as I’m concerned, you quit taking orders once the business is closed. If someone orders and you have to stay late, well, tough luck—get a different job. Management needs to step in and set clear boundaries. I will not be ordering from here anymore and am disappointed at Blind Onion’s customer service. 1 star for me. 4-20-24.
