Blink Charging Station

I was desperate for a charge and got one here. Requiring a minimum of $20 loaded into my profile is lame.

I was up for supplying my own adapter. I was up for downloading the Blink Mobile app on the fly. I was up for signing up for a new account. But it turns out I was not up for a minimum $10 buy-in just to try out these chargers. Of the various chargers I have so far reviewed, I have to say that these Blink chargers are the most disappointing. (In case it is not clear, I did not obtain a charge here, so maybe for another use case, they're great.)
