Their guarantee is worthless. Go elsewhere. They filed my wife's taxes earlier this year, she never got her refund. IRS sent letter saying they selected my wife's refund for further review and H&R Block, this location never backed up their work. My wife wasn't audited, they just never sent her refund and H&R Block wouldn't do anything because they already had their money. Don't go here. Go somewhere where they actually honor their guarantees. In addition to this, they didn't keep appointments and after trying to call were real good giving us the run around.
