Just another interesting bit of history about an old Indian trail and military road in the 1850s right off highway 142 at Hatfield Road.

Really just a (interesting) heritage marker/sign that talks about a garrison that used to be nearby. That's it. The area around the sign seems privately owned and not open to the public. It would be interesting to poke around a bit, but again, permission would likely be required first.
