This has been the most convenient stop for me in my travels from WA to MT. It's dog friendly and it's the perfect landing spot for a quick 1 night stay. I've stayed 3 times now. South Perry Pizza located directly behind the townhomes is so convenient and has great pizza and beer! Highly recommend.

I’ve stayed here four times now and every single time has been so pleasant! This neighborhood feels safe and welcoming. There’s excellent pizza seconds from us which is just the cherry on top! I’ve stayed in 3 different units during my trips and they are all so perfect, clean and well stocked with all amenities. Thank you blockhouse team for being so responsive & accommodating!!!

This is one of the first communities built with CLT blocks in WA. I drove from Seattle to see the blockhouse experience and was very impressed by the look of the buildings. The exterior is very modern with decks on top of the building and definitely these tiny buildings stand out in the community. The interior has an aesthetic appeal and feels very warm inside. Worth to consider for investment as they will be popular in other cities.
