When you're rushing around before Thanksgiving and need an excellent sales staff keep an eye out for Sandra and AJ! Sandra showed me quickly where I needed to go and then she swung back to me and updated me on OTHER inventory that was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Saved me TONS of time in a pinch. Then AJ took extra time as the store was closing to search for what I wanted, and to selflessly advise me on how to meet my needs in the fastest way possible before my flight.

Beautiful people who go above-and-beyond for their customers, BRAVO!

Worst customer services I’ve ever dealt with, ordered a shoe. My confirmation showed a whole different shoe, said okay maybe I messed up. Went back ordered the correct shoe (which is a Christmas gift) and the same thing happened. Called to get it settled they had 0 answers and told to just wait for it to arrives. Also said they couldn’t help me because I called them after 30 minutes of the order. But I actually emailed them within 5 minutes and they didn’t answer for an hour which gave me the number I called .
