* This review is not for the treatment service but for the customer service. I had a microneedling appointment, but unfortunately their skinpen did not work, so I was waiting an hour for them to fix it. It was strange that they do not have any backup device. I was told to reschedule, and was offered some discount on future appointment. The problem is, I do not want future appointment. I would gladly accept the discount offer and reschedule if it was applied to this current treatment instead, otherwise, just cancel and get a refund. They took some time to communicate with the owner about that, but could not give me an answer on the spot. They told me they would talk to me on the phone instead.
I understand it was not anyone's fault, so I gave it some time until late afternoon to call back. They still insisted on waiting for the owner's decision, but then put me on hold, got back about 30 seconds later and said just cancel and refund, no discount for wasting my time. That gave me an impression that if I did not call back, they would not even bother to call me like they promised and kept me hanging. They did not seem to be sincere about solving the issue. That's what I'm not happy about. I'm disappointed in their communication and the way they dealt with problems. I came here for other treatments as well a couple years back and even recommended my friends. But after this, I would not come back for future treatments to risk having the one and only device not working again with no backup, wasting my time and gas.
Even though I'm disappointed, my technician is really nice by the way. *
