DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM THEM. If I could give Zero I would. Bought a brand new townhome from this company in 2016 in Seattle Washington for over half a million; within three months had roof leaks and a host of other problems including holes drilled in drainage pipes which leaked out through the light sockets. These issues were resolved 2020 when we finally received compensation and could hire a company to correct the many mistakes made by Blue Fern and Teak Construction. The list of mistakes: TPC incorrectly installed, coping incorrectly installed, drainage slopes not done in accordance with the architectural design, gutter spouts draining onto lower decks, holes drilled into roof drainage which let water in throughout the house, siding installed incorrectly, internal caulking used on external parts of the building. Oh and when these mistakes caused Black Mold, the owner of the company was vacationing in Greece.
