This in mind, I do agree with others that there have been last minute cancelled appointments. From my experience and what I’ve been told, when you make an appointment with Blue Flame for a service, you are connected to a call center in Florida. The call center in FL has no access to the Blue Flame work calendars in your city. Therefore, the FL call center will often book a time and day that looks available to them, when in fact it is not. This is extremely frustrating to customers who then have their appointments cancelled last minute due to lack of available technicians. Sounds like this is a common scheduling issue with the company as a whole which hopefully can find some resolution to keep customers coming back.
