I called these folks because my pool light had popped out of the bracket. They were there within an hour or so, right when they said they would be, even calling to say they were on their way. They looked at the light, and said they would be back the next day with the proper parts. Chris actually made it back the same day, and my light is right where it should be now. Andrew and Chris were not only prompt and professional, but they are also very personable. Blue Lagoon Pool and Spa has certainly earned my business!

Andrew and Chris opened up our pool on April 6th. Cleaned it, put all the equipment back together, and told us they would be back in 2 weeks to finish up the chemical balance. They arrived on April 20 and completed the required work, install a mushroom valve in the skimmer (missing from original pool installation by Boyer Mtn. Pool) and a sacrificial anode between the pump and heater. They also said they would email or text us the chemical levels for our pool by the end of the day. It's now April 27th and we have yet to get the chemical levels. After a phone call to Andrew and his promising we'd get them last Friday, they haven't arrived. We no longer use Blue Lagoon Pool service!

Bought a hot tub from them after they repaired our pool last summer. They do great work, made it very easy.
