A joke of a security company. We live in an apartment complex that they do security for. Our car window got smashed in with a rock in the evening. Our neighbor called them. 4 hours later she went to bed without hearing from them. We found out the next morning that our window was broken. Went to the apartment manager. She showed me an email from security saying that the Sheriff's Office had responded and taken statements, and knew who did it. I called the Sheriff's Office and they had no calls for service in our area. So 1. This company is either to lazy, understaffed, or incompetent to respond in a timely matter, and 2. They have no integrity. They either lied or were misrepresenting information in the email to the apartment manager.

I tried calling to talk to someone and it just goes to voicemail.
