Casual restaurant and bar with excellent food. I am a vegetarian and was delighted with my food. Saw an exciting appetizer under Signature dishes so gave it a try. The "The Flavor Bomb" as it is called was amazing. It is a modern take on Indian street food- the Pani Puri or GolGappa or Puchka. A quick "make your own pani puri" with chef's potato salad, wheat orbs, lime & pepper emulsion, served with 3 small puris and 3 "panis" - curried yogurt, mint, tamarind. Each was delicious and the filling was also excellent. The Flavor literally exploded in my mouth.
I also had the Grilled Eggplant with cajun spiced, pickled veggies in a cashew broth. The eggplant was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy. The broth and the veggies were delicious.
Amod Singh, the Executive Chef, was a delight to meet as well. Kudos to him for a fantastic creation! Josh and the crew were very pleasant and friendly.
On a whim I went back the very next night as I was staying at Hotel Argonaut. The chef whipped up 2 new items not on the menu but just as delicious. A crispy Kale and Pakora salad with avocado followed by a Cauliflower Steak and rice. Loved them both.
