Jane is the best! I was in the Christmas Southwest mess and stranded in Phoenix. Jane was on it! She was able to re-book my cancelled flight throughout the long lines of crazed,cancelled flights. She stayed up making sure all was set for me and was up early making sure the flight actually went. She truly does care about her clients and takes such good care of us! Thank you Jane!
