Megan at Blue Nile Scottsdale was so wonderful with my purchase of a sapphire and diamond anniversary ring. She was clear in explaining all the many options and helping me to decide on a design. I would definitely buy with her again.

I’ve used Blue Nile for years and recently purchased a diamond bracelet for my wife on October 11 for our upcoming wedding on October 17th. My wife wore it for a day and unbeknownst to her it broke off at some point while doing errands. Maybe I should have gotten the insurance but you don’t expect a 14k gold bracelet to break off doing routine activities like going to a grocery store less than 48 hours after putting it on. Disappointed in the quality and can no longer recommend using Blue Nile, customer service was of no help either.

Price may have initially caught my interest, but it was the tremendous service once in the store that had me buying. Not only did Megan really come through with her expert knowledge of diamonds, but her patience with us and the way she was able to really tell us the pros and cons of all of the ones we were considering is what really won us over. We ended up going with a brilliant lab center stone that is just north of two carrots. It didn’t come without a few challenges along the way though, first something happened with the order having to do with the band we really wanted, and ended up getting, and then lastly there was some shipping delay, but she was always sure to call and email us, keeping us in the loop at every point. I’ve not had happen in other similar situations, so I’d say the ongoing customer service is what’s going to keep us coming back. THANK YOU!!
