The ring itself is nice so far, but getting it was a Terrible experience I hope to never go through again.
The associate at the Mall ordered me the WRONG RING! When it finally arrived (more than 2 weeks after I was told) I saw it was the wrong ring. Customer service tried to blame ME for ordering the wrong thing and then for not bringing it to their attention earlier even though the ring had just been delivered.
After a drawn out battle, I finally spoke to a supervisor who was helpful enough in getting the correct ring, but offered little to no compensation for my trouble. In addition, I had to wait ANOTHER two weeks to get the correct ring.
My proposal plans were ruined. I was out all the money I spent on a photographer and on the engagement party I had planned. All I was offered a $100 discount on a FUTURE PURCHASE from Blue Nile. What a joke.
Save yourself a HUGE hassle and go through a better company who won't ruin your special moment and will actually care if they do.
