After having to call multiple times to get in contact with Gail Sumpter, not only does she not call me but I have to get the gentleman who was running the phones to find her business card to get her number. After calling her, she acknowledged my note and said she was waiting to hear back from someone else on the spot. She asked me what type of shop I wanted to open she replied "The landlord wouldn't lease that kind of shop, good bye" and hung up on me. The only good thing I can say about the business is the man at the front desk, as he was polite, was straightforward with me, and wanted to help me do business with them. It is unfortunate that they employ Gail Sumpter as her customer service is lacking, as the only way she could have made a worse impression on me was to be talking face to face, so she could shut a door in my face.
