I'm not a huge makeup fan but what I do buy, I buy here. The staff are lovely and helpful, and I think the founder is a Cornellian! Dupont location in DC the best.

I normally love blue mercury over sephora. There was a lot of construction going on outside so It was noisy at the dupont circle location. No one asked if i needed help. I heard two workers talking about a friend sleeping with someone. Not the kind of talk i wanted to hear. When i asked about new products, i didnt really get an answer just vague pointing. I was dressed shabbily after working out. I wasnt wearing any makeup. They probably thought i wouldnt buy anything. The sad part is that i love buying makeup and i love to buy new stuff. They missed out on several hundred dollars in sales.
