We've been working with Mynor Arevalo and Blue Point for many years now. What they're able to do (especially in the Non-QM space) is nothing short of exceptional. They have ridiculously fast turn times, and always get back to you. In the last two weeks, we closed one DSCR purchase in 6 business days, and another in 3 business days. A+

I wanted to thank Mynor and his team for helping me rescue a borrower in dire straits. This was on a new construction and the previous lender missed the closing date. I was able to get the builder to extend closing date by 10 days to help their customer. The BluePoint team jumped in and we got a CTC within 6 days and funded in 10 on time! Thanks again as my borrower, buyer agent and seller agent were very thankful. They all expressed their gratitude and I wanted to make sure the BluePoint Mortgage team got their credit. Luis Salgado and Michael Haro have been nothing short of amazing to work with! We received a client looking to buy multiple investment properties with DSCR loans and we were having issues with another lender and flipped them to BluePoint and they have made the entire process so easy.
