This review concerns only their cleaning of heavy stained items. I brought in a shirt and jacket to get cleaned because they had ink on them. I payed for them and took them home. While the saved the shirt. I looked at the jacket and while their was no ink stain they did add a new stain that was never there before. Dont they check things before they give them to a customer. So i went back within two days to complain. They told me the stain must have been something that i had done. I told them no it was the cleaning process that you use. I come to pick the garment up when they re charge me. I go home and get the proof that they already charged me. Im back in twenty five minutes and the boss is nowhere to be found. He always seems to go missing when theres a problem.
