My wife and I went to the new Blue Zone Sports in South Lake Tahoe to see if they could help us with a boot fitting. When we walked in the store we spoke to a gentleman named "Matt" who said he was one of the people who did the boot fitting.
We then asked Matt what his experience had been in ski boot fitting since I know some people are more experience with snowboard boots, hiking boots, etc.
Matt responded by saying that he didn't have to answer that. I then asked, "sorry if we said something wrong, we're just curious to know what your experience has been fitting people in ski boots" to which he said, "yeah, not telling you."
The woman behind the counter laughed at us and he snickered back at her. We left feeling terrible, without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had in a retail store.
We made the manager aware and he was very understanding so while I hate to give a bad review here I do need to warn other people. If I find out that Matt is no longer at the store I can certainly update my review since this is the only person I had a negative experience with.
