Disappointed. Next year we'll be getting flowers someplace else. This has been the first time since getting our hanging baskets the hassle just to get them was NOT worth the money spent- and the baskets though beautiful are not cheap. Staff this time was rude, refusing to help when customers needed it, actually stating that if help was wanted that "a man should have been brought to assist." I can get this sub-par customer service at Home Depot where there are enough carts and staff whom are willing to assist.
