Worst service- debit card still has not arrived after a MONTH of opening a bank account.

Ironic because theres an unattainable promotion where if you get an amazon gift card if you make hit certain amount of purchases with your debit card- how can i do that if it already takes you a month to send a debit card?

Daniel is very helpful! He’s professional and patient, since I’m an international student and sometimes couldn’t fully understand the language but he explained to me very clearly.

Coming from Bank of the West. Nothing works. Not the app. Not online banking. There's a 15 minute wait on the phone. My branch is now just an ATM. This Bank sucks.
