Constant problems with ATM. I used to like them, because they are small and knew their customers. But as of 2021, their ATM machine seems to be constantly broken. It obviously gets tampered with a lot. Cards get stuck and will not come back out. There are a lot of shady figures hanging out in front of the bank, which is a problem; makes doing business feel unsafe.
The most frustrating and disorganized Back-Office I have ever experienced in a consumer bank. The left hand simply does not know what the right hand is doing. Employees of the bank don't understand the function of the business units they transfer you to over the phone and you spend countless hours trying to get simple things accomplished that should take mere minutes.
Just got transferred by my branch and was told to press the number corresponding to "Online Banking." After being transfered... there was no prompt for "Online Banking" at all. The prompt asked me to "Enter the code of the day." What "code of the day." I was never given nor made aware of any "code of the day."
Why is doing business with this bank so damn frustrating?
