So far, 2 of our vehicles have had the oil change service. Customer service has been great. My vehicles were returned to me approximately when promised and the waiting area is clean comfortable enough.

I generally don't leave reviews much but in this case it is more than deserving. First of all when you bring your car in you enter this beautiful lobby and showroom that is the cleanest i have ever seen. You can literally eat off the floor not only in the lobby but out in the garage area as well. The staff greets you when you come in and is very knowledgeable when you describe what your needs are and why you are there. They also provide you with a fair and up front estimate and if there is any additional services needed they call you up front and let you decide if that's what you want to do. They also provide you with options and strategies that can save you money and help guide you through the process. Weather it is some real detailed tuning, upgrades or service for my hot rod, my wife's car or one my fleet trucks BMR Napa Auto Care is the only place I will go. They have definitely earned my business moving forward.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Bill as a customer and more so a friend that exemplifies the professionalism that all service providers should strive to achieve. Remember, in today's world, the only thing a service provider has to offer is SERVICE because you can get anything in life from a multitude of vendors and very likely less expensive, but not without lack of Quality Professional SERVICE like that of Bill's shops. If your vehicle is out of mfg's warranty, BMR is the place to GO!
