Okay, we need more sales people like Jonny. He was so attentive, helping my husband without being pushy and he and Landon went out if their way to scour the back room for shorts in the size that we needed. (Success!) We left very happy with three pairs of good quality shorts at a great price! (On sale! Score!) It was our first time shopping at Boathouse and we'll be back!

A young blonde girl helped us today. She was awesome. I was there with a picky teen. She was very patient and we finally found a pair of Converses she would wear. This was the 3rd shop we went to for shoes and this was by far the best customer service we had. This was my first time shopping in this store and it won't be the last.

I was in the store 2 days ago and immediately received a friendly greeting from Jonny. He gave me a couple of minutes to look and then came over to give me a hand. I was in there specifically for a pair a Vans. He laced up my shoes, made jokes all the while acknowledging other customers. He was so enjoyable to deal with, I ended up buying 2 pairs of Vans. He was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in, until I left. I'll definitely go back and recommend people to seek out Jonny. Thanks for the great shopping experience Jonnny!
