Doesn't get any better than meeting the artist who knew Duke and made all his coffee mug gifts! Bob is a national treasure and a sweet, humble guy. And a very gifted artist.

I used his service in 1978 when stationed at NAS Whidbey Island, WA as a young Ensign. His mugs were a prize possession to a new naval aviator getting qualified on the A6 Intruder. Beautiful work, I can see how he was repeatedly and exclusively used be the actor John Wayne to create and individually paint a scene from Wayne's recent production. These exclusive mugs were handed out to the production crew as a gift from Wayne. You can search the web for his mugs to get an idea and an example of his work.
