Boba is magic! I’ve had a chronic back injury for years. Her deep knowledge of Pilates techniques, her understanding of how the body works, her intuitive approach and ability to coax me into doing positions I was hesitant to do, helped minimize my back pain. It also put me in much better physical shape and helped reduce the level of stress in my life. If you’ve never tried Pilates or are looking for a new instructor, look no further than Boba!

I have been training with Boba for more than 15 years, and it has been a wonderful experience. First off, Boba is a wonderful person, and your life will be fuller for knowing her! Boba is supportive, knowledgeable, and knows how to motivate you to be and do your best. She can modify your training regimen as needed to deal with any injury. I have trained both in-person and online, and found both methods to be effective and enjoyable. I am stronger and healthier than I would otherwise be, and I recommend Boba to all my friends!

Three years ago I began working out with Boba following a serious injury. She helped me to safely regain my strength and mobility and to build on that strength to get into the best shape that I have been in. Boba uses a blend of pilates, yoga and weights in a workout that she carefully adjusts each session so that I get the maximum benefit from my workout. Remarkably, our work has been entirely online, and yet I feel that we are in the same room, so carefully does she observe my movements. She is a gifted and generous trainer and has become a dear friend. My work with Boba has been life-changing.
