She was always there for us from the start and we could always reach her wither it was early in the morning or late at night. She went above and beyond in helping us purchase our new place, even when it was someone else's issue or problem, she was quickly on top of it and helped to solve or come up with a resolution. Even after we found the place we fell in love with, Kim took the time to show us additional comparable homes just to make sure we found the best place for us (even went as far as showing us 4 houses in a single day)!

She was also very patient and understanding with us, especially when our criteria (needs/wants) kept changing wither it was the price range, type of home or amount of land.
