My major issue is not with the store sales people but as a follow-up after the order was put in. I was called with a delivery date almost two months out and no solution to make it faster. After calling and talking to customer service, I was told my lamp was holding up the order. When suggesting cancelation of the lamp to shorten delivery time, they said that should work and would call me with a sooner date.
I was called back and given a date of the end of the week. Unfortunately, the day before delivery, I failed to get a time window from them, and upon calling, I found it was never scheduled. I decided to cancel the order at this point. After some back and forth, they refunded me and sent me a receipt BUT WITHOUT sales tax and delivery fee. I'm normally a calm person, but all of this back and forth has already taken multiple hours between calling delivery, customer service, and the store. I had to re-call to get my full refund.
This is entirely unacceptable, I wouldn't even be writing this review had they just properly refunded me. The sad thing is I bought a couch set a year earlier and there were no problems what so ever.
I highly suggest that if you have any issues with orders and need refunds, be extra diligent. Otherwise, you might get shorted a couple hundred dollars (or in my case 222.42)
