So my husband and I went in to see how long it would take to get the furniture we wanted that day all of the computers were down we spoke with Michelle she took the time to price the furniture and would call us when the computers came back up. The computers didnt come back up for 3 days but Michelle called me each day to let me know the status. On monday it was back up so we played phone tag for a day my fault. I spoke with her filled out the financing form got approved and ordered my furniture all while at home we didnt have to come in to do it which was so nice. Everything was so fast and easy. My furniture will come on 10/24 much faster than we thought.

Tonya was amazing at helping me with what I needed. The black bald headed management was a little over bearing to because I sat in front the massage chair and didn’t not know I had to remove my shoes, it’s like he came out of nowhere telling me to take off my shoes for sanitation reasons ok but how is bare feet more sanitary. My recommendation would be get some disposable socks. I will come back to get that massage chair though That Too was amazing it felt so good

Our sale rep Michelle was very knowledgeable and understood what we were looking for! She was very friendly and helped us finish our purchase smoothly. Bob’s furniture has great variety of sofas and dining sets. We were very impressed.
