DO NOT BUY FROM THE “outlet” SECTION!!
Recently purchased a sectional from Bobs from the “Outlet” section in the back of the store. My Dad and I were so impressed with how nice the sectional was IN the store so we decided to purchase. Took about 30 minutes to arrange our friend to help us haul the furniture home. We were told to drive to the back and ring the bell when we were ready. We loaded the furniture and once we unloaded at our house I instantly noticed how dirty and worn the sectional looked. IT WAS NOT THE SAME SECTIONAL I PAID FOR IN THE STORE.

Alex was very patient with us. We were able to get a great deal without her being a pushy sales person. She was there for us the entire time. We took a lot of time. We would come back to Bob's for our future furniture needs. I also liked how the manager Jennifer came to be Alex's second eyes.

It was my first time at Bobs furniture. I was greeted by Abraham right away. I believe they get commission from selling but it didnt feel that way. They give you space, they’re not all up on you and help when needed. Abraham was very patient and helped us find a good couch. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Good and cheap furniture.
