Now does business on hilo, hawaii. Unfortunately only appliance service rep for home depot. He only answers calls from appliance service center when they give him new jobs, otherwise doesn't answer or return calls.

First thing he tells me is I should return it back to home depot. Screw that, you get paid to fix broken appliances so fix it. Said he would try to come back afternoon to fix but didn't make it...fine. Next day, doesn't come out again and still no call back at least letting me know when he can come back.

Called next day...of course no answer. Called service center and tell them what's going on and they call him...of course he answers their call and he says he saw me yesterday...which he didn't, and I call him a million times, again bs.

Bob needs to gain some customer service skills...and most of all..u in hawaii..take off ur damn shoes in our homes.
