I will never forget one of the first things Ryan said to me during our 'project scope' meeting. He said me 'our job is come in here and not tell you you have to buy all these products we sell. Our job is to design a system that utilizes what you are comfortable with and hopefully leverage what you already have in place.'

That is exactly what Bob's did. They put in a pretty extensive AV system.(Two large TVs, 3 different audio zones, integrated our existing sonos, apple TV, 2 rokus, etc) They listened to how we were going to be using it. Made suggestion of some enhancements that we might like (none of them required but nice added touches) and we love them all.

All in all they put a system in that is easy to use. We love it so much that when we bought a 2nd home in AZ, the AV guy that we contracted with was horrible when compared to Bob's. We have since fired them and I am now working with Bob's remotely for a solution here. (I'm trying to convince them to do a remote job for us). :)
