The driver Victor was very polite and showed up on time. The whole experience went off without a hitch. The only thing that I would say was not agreeable to me was the charge of $600 to tow 63 miles. That was not Victor's fault. That's the people that run the business that charged that. That's just an outrageous price. I didn't have the time to call around since it was 1:00am in the morning and I had to get my car home and then bring another car to get to work.

The guy came, he called, I could not answer but ran outside to let him know. He left. Right in front of me. He saw me. I then went behind him and kept waving. Then I realized he's ignoring me intentionally. It was set by my insurance
