I love my gym! I started in February after taking probably 15+ years off from training. My body was weak and tired, and I was so intimidated to get back at it. There’s that weird stigma about being lost in the gym and everyone staring at you, but everyone at BFT was so encouraging! The coaches are all amazing! What I actually like about this format over 1on1 private training is that I get something unique from each coaches personality. They are all able to push me in different ways. I love that I can show up, feed off the energy in the room, and get an amazing workout without having to plan anything on my own. Now, a few months later, for the first time in years, I’m starting to enjoy being in my body. I feel my posture improving, I feel strong, and I have so much more energy. I can’t wait to see where I’m able to go, and it’s all thanks to BFT!
