We purchased a new/used stationary bike. It had never been completely put together. We were missing parts. I called Body Flex and we were able to order the missing pieces. Great customer service.

I gave 4 stars because of the recumbent bike. I purchased the bike 2/22/21 and it was delivered 3/1/21. I paid an additional fee to have the bike assembled. However, since the bike was purchased online I needed to wait for the delivery before I could schedule the appointment for the bike to be assembled. The bike was assembled about 5 days after the delivery. On 6/1/2021 while riding the bike the left pedal fell off and the inside of the crank was stripped. Within 3 months of the purchase the bike crank needs to be replaced. On 06/1/21 I contacted Body Flex Sports by email. Customer service was great on the other hand. The Within hours I received a response from customer service representative Anakari. She was professional and attentive to my concerns. The bike had a 90 warranty on its parts and based on the date of purchase I had just missed that window. She went above and beyond to correct the situation and I respect her professionalism. I am now waiting for bike crank to be delivered. Customer service definitely receives 5 stars.

Alma Mendoza and her team helped me a great deal to get a belt fot our elliptical....Not knowing model number or anything...She got it done for us...I really appreciate all the help, and for putting up with this crazy lady... Job well done in my books.. Thank you...
