I have been attending Bodyfit classes for about a year and I still look forward to each class. I love the small class sizes and pretty studio. Taryn and Ashley are welcoming and positive, but also tough and keep you pushing to your potential.

I took a wonderful stability class taught by Taryn today. I really enjoyed how she walked around offering corrections/adjustments. Additionally, she provided modifications throughout. It was a really good workout!
