sydney and tory are so so sweet, great way to gain flexibility and muscles without the intensity of a workout. i love it when i’m not in the mood for going to the gym because it’s was more calm and they make it so fun!

Sydney is the best! I’ve taken several of her classes and I’m hooked. I’m always looking for variety with my workouts and this is perfect. She will work with your strengths and weaknesses while keeping you challenged. I highly recommend! 👏👏

Tori is a knowledgeable instructor and tailor workouts to individual needs using various equipment. I’ve seen great improvements in my strength and flexibility. Would highly recommend to anyone.
