First of all, this is the first bad review I have ever left on social media.
BEWARE of placing any loved ones in this facility! I had an issue with the front desk being dishonest with me this morning, and expressed my concerns about how my mother was being treated.
In addition, they moved both my mother and father to a different room today, and failed to notify me of this move. I can only imagine the stress that my parents are currently under.
The Director called me and told me to never call the facility again, where my elderly parents are living, because I was rude to her staff. I calmly asked her if she would like to hear what happened from my side of the story, and she said that she did not care! I called back in order to speak with her supervisor, and she hung up on me!
Apparently, one cannot express concerns about their loved ones without serious backlash!
UPDATE: In response to Bonaventure's response, I was NEVER vulgar nor rude... I simply just wanted to ensure that my mother had her package delivered to her. When the Director called me back, she said that she "was not interested in my side of the story", so basically, I was never allowed to explain my frustrations. Since then, I tried calling my mother on her birthday, and the staff refused to put my call through after I very politely asked them to since it was her birthday. Now, it seems that they have blocked my phone number.
