Our parents are residents at Bonaventure of Richland and we couldn’t be more pleased with how accommodating they are. The staff is so kind, caring and helpful. They go out of their way to help make it a warm environment for seniors and their families. After touring all the Tri cities senior living places Bonaventure stood out as simply the best.

In my journey to find the perfect place for my parents I happened to stop in for a tour at Bonadventure in Tri-Cities. My first impression when I walked through the doors was just WOW!!! It was during lunch time and it seemed all the residents were happily sharing lunch with each other. Everyone seemed happy and were enjoying their lunch. Which BTW smelled delicious! I had my mother with me at the time and she too was thoroughly impressed. Even though it was lunch time and I stopped in unannounced I feel that I received a complete tour of the community. It wasn't rushed in anyway. My mother stopped to talk to a few residents and everyone seemed friendly. My mother said that she could see herself and father living here. There were no unpleasant odors and everything seemed to run smoothly. I was thoroughly impressed. We will be back at another time to discuss financing.

We moved our dad to the assisted living side Bonaventure a couple years ago from a different facility. It started off pretty rough but then management changed.

The current management has made such a huge difference, and they've earned our trust back. Dad loves the food, the numerous, the others living there, and the staff. His only complaint is that he wishes there were more fresh cookies!
