I highly recommend Brian Brandt and Bonney Lake Construction!
They remodeled 3 large restrooms at our church - Hope + Life Church, Auburn, WA, and they did a fantastic job.
There were some challenges involved with this project, and Brian and team handled them well. We had 30-year-old textured wall paper that was in really bad shape. Brian figured out a great way to prepare and paint over the wall paper - you would never know it's there.
We needed a suspended countertop on a budget, and Brian nailed it. He brought in a couple of sub-contractors for plumbing, flooring and tile work.
We put in all-new restroom stall dividers which was a very challenging project.
Brian coordinated his team and the subs really well. He followed through - he always showed up when he said he would. No hidden costs. He was careful to cover and protect the flooring we were keeping.
They do great work!
I can’t say enough good things about Brian and his team at Bonney Lake Construction. I purchased a home that was built in 1968 which was outdated in all areas of the house. I knew the house needed to be updated and planned on remodeling, however trying to find a contractor, a trusted one was harder than I thought. I was starting down the path of being my own contractor and hiring subcontractors for electrical, plumbing, painting, floor, etc. I don’t know how it happened but by the grace of GOD, somehow Bonney Lake Construction was put in my path and from that point on I was in the best hands possible with a team that is trustworthy, communicative, hardworking, has an eye for detail, knowledgeable and was able to handle any request I had. At the same time, they were flexible. With an old house, some plans needed to be changed due to where pipes were placed, etc. I had a budget, but I also had big dreams that exceeded the budget. Bonney Lake Construction was able to help me focus on the important items, pare down the budget and really end up with the home of my dreams. Once I replenish my bank account, I’ll have them back to update my bathroom shower and my guest bathroom shower/tub, it’s the only two things really left for a remodel. Again, not enough words to say thank you to Bonney Lake Construction, not enough words to express how grateful I am and not enough money in my bank account to keep them to myself.
What Bonney Lake Construction did for me: • New electrical, updated, added, and removed and moved some outlets. • Replaced galvanized plumbing for the entire home. • Built out a butler’s pantry with lighting and trim. • Removed all wallpaper. • New Paint and trim through the entire house • Replaced bathroom vanities. X2 • Replaced bathroom mirrors. X2 • Replaced bathroom lighting. X2 • Added new accessories to both bathrooms. • Replaced all fixtures in the house with new chrome fixtures. • Replaced all door hardware to match chrome fixtures. • Removed fluorescent drop-down lighting in one bathroom and in the butler’s pantry. • Built up a pony wall into a full wall. • Hung floating shelves. • Made custom wood valances for the kitchen. • Stained floating shelves in the kitchen to math custom valances and floor. • Entire new kitchen with new cabinets, custom paint color and new appliances • Added canned lighting in living rooms and bathrooms (this was a surprise gift from them to me)
PS: After doing the walkthrough and realizing how much I loved the custom wood valances in my kitchen, I called Bonney Lake Construction back and added one more last-minute request. Not only did they fit me in, but they also fixed a newly discovered small hole in the drywall that we missed during the final walk through. Excellent customer service, excellent people, it was a joy working with them.
