I often buy products from this shop but after my latest experience I will never shop there again. I inadvertently bought an item that was missing the plastic protection around the lid. I discovered this when I got home. I went back looking for it to be replaced with a safe item. I was told that it was open and they don’t sell products that are open. No amount of arguing would get the owner to understand. So I’m out $50. No customer service at all.

Conchita gives me invaluable advice. I can phone her any time if I have any questions. She gives me ongoing support. Such fantastic products that I can’t find in any other health food stores. The prices are very good too. If you were visiting or live in Osoyoos I highly recommend you pop in to see Conchita. 🙂🌷
