Writing another review because honestly Barry from Bono Garage Door Repair really does all he can to please the customer. He also hires some really upstanding friendly and professional staff. So 4 months ago I had a garage door emergency, something snapped and needed to be replaced. Fast forward to today and something else snapped off, I called Bono Garage Door Repair and Barry answered and sent a tech out within 2 hours. A cable snapped, not a big deal for a pro from Bono Garage Door Repair. 15 minutes work and 2 fresh cables installed. As if nothing ever happened. Best service ever, by far! I had Bono Garage Door Repair come out to replace my 20+ year old opener! From the moment I booked the appointment they did everything they said and then some. Jose of Bono Garage Door Repair showed up on time and was done within 2 hours. He arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, efficient and personable. With the new opener being High Tech with WI/FI, he took the time to walk me through the setup process and did not stop until he made sure I understand everything.
