Stopped by here the other day due to a friend's recommendation. Booked an appointment online for a 30 minute consultation and pretty much had the whole shop to myself.

It was my first time at Bonobos, so I wasn't quite sure how the whole thing worked. The staff working (Sammi and another gentleman - I forgot his name) were incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs.

They fitted me for a variety of different clothes and helped me pick out a handful of different business casual outfits. The clothing fit exceptionally well (which is difficult to find for my body type) and was much higher quality than I was used to.

I consider myself a complete rookie when it comes to clothing and fashion, so this experience was well worth it. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality clothing and exceptional customer service!
