11/10 experience! My second visit last night was even better than my first. The Answer is Yes (Hazy IPA) is incredibly sessionable, I went home with a 4 pack. The mushroom/nettle pizza has hints of lemon that paired perfectly with it, and the dryer Saison (Anais, I think it was called?). Wonderful staff experiences, and they were busy the whole time I was there, so you know it's worth the trip. Thanks, yall! 💖🌜
If you have not tried Detroit style pizza before, you might be surprised. It is a deep dish style pizza and more like focaccia than pizza. The dough itself takes over the cheese and toppings. The cheese is not a lot and blended very well with the toppings. We ordered kale salad, broccoli, mushroom nettle and peach pizza. I liked the mushroom nettle the most. It is very rare to see nettle used as food in US, so it surprised me in a good way. Broccoli one was spicy. Each pizza has 6 square slice and quite filling. We were party of four and three pizza were too much for us. The service is laid back and you order and pick up your own food from the counter. There was no one available for asking questions or help. The interior decor is clean and there are few tables at outside patio. The price of the pizza is high compared to service.
