Order book on April 10 it’s April 30 . I called Customer service and all they can see is that the book has been shipped…. I’m so disappointed in Books a million I should’ve been had my book

Lovely place. There is a coffee shop attached with very reasonable prices for the beverages. I like to take my son here to read in the same way that we might visit a library. Sadly Amazon is almost always cheaper to buy books at, with the Dungeons & Dragons 5th edition monster manual costing almost twice as much here than online. I like to support brick and mortars but this was just egregious.

Me and my sister orders just two simple coffees. Waited like 30-45 minutes for two freakin coffees. I can make, blend, and take ordered faster than that. Then when I got my coffee it had a huge cut in it and no whip cream or caramel drizzle. When caramel frappe got both. So she changed my cup and I said something about my topping. She tried to tell me they didn’t come on it. So I said it sure did last time. Cause what. I been here before and I always get the same coffee. Never took this long or tried to rip me off my toppings.. what’s happening books a million??? Get a move on it like come on. Even coyote coffee faster than you guys!!!
