I bought two vapes and stepped outside to test them and one was non functional. I immediately went back in and was told that I couldn't exchange it because I went outside to test it. I was never informed of this policy and the vape that I bought has a digital gauge on it that still read 100% so it was obvious I wasn't trying to return a used vape. To top it all off the cashier seemed very pleased with herself for denying my exchange.

This place has been absolutely great and this is where I buy all of my vapes, I’ve been loyal to them, the last two times I’ve been in there. I’ve had a problem with my vape and it’s not the owner, but one of the other workers have sat there and argued with me about it, it’s hard to get a hold of the owner because I don’t know his hours but he makes things right I really wish there was an easier way to get a hold of the owner because I spent a lot of money on vapes there and this is very frustrating . I like to walk away happy especially when I’ve been loyal to them and spend good amounts of money on product!!!
