Update: 2 October 2023: Gave me a credit on service and cut me and my family a great deal with service, and phone service was excellent!

Horrible. Had $120 store credit via their own insurance, received phone worth about $50. Charged for entire month where I was unable to access my phone and consequently would not have been able to use their service. Billed twice due to error on their part, took at least half an hour to get the situation resolved.

Update as of 19 September 2023: Continuing to be billed twice, issue still is not resolved after 60 to 90 minute phone call
